How To Make The Best Banana Smoothie

I am going to teach you how to make a banana smoothie. Although the smoothie itself is actually rather quite easy to make, there are a couple of tricks that if used, makes the smoothie taste much better. In this, I will share these tricks and how to use them to make the best tasting banana smoothie ever! This will make 1-3 servings of smoothie, depending on how you distribute it.

Ingredients And Items Needed

  1. Peel bananas
  2. Cut each banana into three equal parts
  3. Put the banana pieces into a plastic bag/zip-lock bag
  4. Put the bag of banana pieces into the freezer for a few hours, or unitl frozen
  5. Take the banana pieces out of the freezer and out of the plastic bag
  6. Put the bananas in the blender
  7. Put about 1-2 cups of milk in the blender, depending on preference of thickness
  8. Put 1 1/2 table spoons of honey in the blender
  9. Place the top on the blender
  10. Blend the ingredients at maximum speed for about one to two minutes
  11. Take top off of blender
  12. Pour the smoothie into the prepared cups
  13. Drink, but occasionally stir as the banana chunks will sink
  14. Enjoy!

Explaining The Tricks

The different tricks I used were: freezing the bananas and the honey. If you don't freeze the bananas and instead you just put ice cubes, it won't be as cold and it will taste more watery, taking away from the banana flavor. Also, if you use sugar, you will need a lot of it. If would be very unhealthy and it won't taste as good. If you use honey, however, you don't need as much and it is much healthier. Also, honey goes very well with bananas.
